This recipe by Eitan Bernath on YouTube is perfect for both kids and adults. Even picky eaters and those who aren’t that fond of vegetables would love this! They are also very easy and quick to prepare without using that many ingredients, if you prefer, you can also tweak it and replace some ingredients with flavors you want instead.

Ingredients:

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup Plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt, plus more to taste
  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut into 1-inch florets
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp Honey

Garlic Aioli

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions:

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Prepare a separate bowl for the milk, flour (seasoned with salt and pepper), and mixed breadcrumbs. Make sure to use one hand for the dry ingredients and the other for the wet ingredient. Dredge the cauliflower floret in milk, flour mixture, back into the milk, and breadcrumb mixture for the final coating. Deep fry the cauliflowers in batches on a large pot. Fry until the florets turned brown and crispy or for about 6 minutes. Remove them from the oil, then place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and honey until incorporated. Add in the fried cauliflower and toss until each floret is covered with the sauce.
