This cleaning hack requires a simple material that will surprise you, and that is bubble wrap! This item helps your mop to glide easier and smoother, and with the help of a paper towel, you can make an inexpensive alternative to mop refills, plus, it catches dust way better. After dusting your floor, you can proceed to mop it as usual with your favorite cleaning products.
Step 1
Lay a large or 2 paper towels down the surface it should be enough to cover the length of the mop, then place a piece of bubble wrap over it, and then position the mop on top. Fold the excess on the sides over to the mop, then wrap it with a rubber band on each end.
Step 2
Mop your floor as usual and replace the paper towel as needed, then once done, you can use the end of the handle covered with a microfiber cloth to clean corners that are hard to reach. You can also use this mop not only to clean your floor but also your ceiling.
