Regular roasted potatoes are amazing, but this version by Cafe Delites on YouTube levels it up and you can probably eat a lot of servings of this in just one sitting! I tried this recipe a few months ago and my family is both surprised and delighted by the taste. This is a must-try recipe and you should definitely serve this for dinner, surely your family will thank you for it.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F or 200°C, then grease a large baking sheet with a nonstick cooking spray or olive oil, and set it aside. In a mixing bowl, add the olive oil, garlic, salt, parsley, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and parmesan cheese, then mix them all together until well combined, and pour it all over the potatoes. Toss the potatoes until nicely coated, then spread them onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, and bake them in the preheated oven for about 45 to 50 minutes or until brown and crispy making sure to gently turn them over every 15 minutes.

Step 2
While waiting for the potatoes to cook, place a small saucepan or skillet on a stove over medium heat, then melt the butter, stir it continuously, and swirl the pan as well until it starts to foam. Once it starts to smell nutty and the color has turned to a golden brown, turn off the heat and remove the pan from the stove, then lightly stir the butter, and pour it over the cooked potatoes. Season with some more salt and pepper to taste if desired, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley, serve, and enjoy!
