This refreshing and yummy salad is the perfect dish to serve when you have guests coming over, if you’re planning to host a party, or whenever you feel like having some delicious salad. This is pretty easy to prepare and the ingredients are all up to you, you can change most of it, or take it to the next level by adding in more seeds, sweetener, or fruit, whatever you want!

Dressing
First, wash the broccoli well, then chop them into small pieces, and set them aside while preparing the other ingredients. Chop the red onion and apple, then toast the nuts, and chop them as well. In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped broccoli, apple, red onion, dried cranberries, toasted pecans, and sunflower seeds, then in a smaller bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper, and whisk everything until smooth and fully combined. Add the dressing into the large bowl with the broccoli, then toss everything together until well combined and evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!
