Onion Poppyseed Butter
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, and set it aside. Cut the rolls through in half horizontally, then brush the mustard on the cut part of the base and lid of the rolls evenly until covered, and place the base part into the prepared baking pan. Place a layer of ham over the base rolls, then top them with cheese slices, and put them in the preheated oven to bake without the lid for about 10 minutes or just until the cheese has melted.

Step 2
While waiting for the bread to bake prepare the butter mixture, in a mixing bowl, add the melted butter, chopped onions, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Kosher salt, and black pepper, then stir everything until well combined. Once the bread is done baking remove it from the oven, then place the bread lid on top, and pour the butter mixture all over the bread evenly until completely smothered.
Step 3
Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil, then put it back in the oven, and allow the bread to bake for an additional 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the bread from the oven, then get rid of the foil, and pierce the intersections to allow the butter mixture to penetrate through and soak the insides of the bread. Put it back in the oven to bake uncovered for a final 10 minutes or until the top is crusty, then serve, and enjoy!
