These bounty bars are easier to make than you think and it only takes 4 simple ingredients that you can easily find from the nearest store. Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract, then mix everything until thick and sticky. Wet your hands, then grab some of the mixture, and shape it into a rounded rectangle about 2 to 3 inches long. Place them in a baking tray or a flat sheet, then allow them to freeze for about 1 hour, and while waiting prepare the chocolate sauce.

Step 2
Chop the chocolate into small pieces, then add them to a heatproof bowl, and place it on top of a pot with simmering water. Stir the chocolate now and then until completely melted and smooth, then turn off the heat, and remove the coconut bars from the freezer. Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, then place them on a wire rack or parchment paper, and make three lines on top of each bar as shown in the video. Put them back in the refrigerator, then allow them to chill for at least 30 minutes or until set, and serve. Enjoy!
