I grew up with my Grandmother and her delicious cooking, and one of my favorite treats that she makes is a blueberry jello salad. This salad is so good and addicting, and I love to eat this during the Summer season after letting it chill in the fridge for a few hours. It has the perfect combination of blueberry and pineapple flavors, and you can top it with almost anything that you want!

What I also love about this dessert is that it’s very easy to make, and I appreciate this even more now because it’s my turn to make this dessert for the whole family. This is also a great dessert recipe idea for parties, cookouts, special occasions, or other family functions that you’re attending or hosting. Step 1
Pour the boiling water into a large cup or bowl, then add the jello powder, and stir them well to dissolve and combine.
Step 2
Add the crushed pineapple, then give them a good stir, add the blueberry pie filling, and continue to stir until incorporated.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch casserole and spread it evenly, then place it in the fridge, and let it chill for about 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract, then beat them until smooth and creamy, and scoop it over the jello layer.
Step 5
Spread the cream evenly, then sprinkle some crushed walnuts on top if desired, and chill in the fridge or serve immediately. Enjoy!
