Easy Blueberry Dump Cake Recipe

Is your mouth drooling yet? This blueberry dump cake will have all your guests in awe. Catherine’s Plates really nailed it with this tutorial. The recipe only calls for five ingredients which makes it so much easier, and assembly is a breeze. After dumping in all your ingredients, you simply place it into the oven and let it do the rest of the work. I especially loved how easy the recipe was to put together in such a short amount of time.

Ingredients Needed For This Recipe:

• Blueberries
• Melted butter
• Granulated Sugar
• Yellow Boxed Cake Mix
• Cinnamon

Directions:

Step One

Start by preheating your oven and then preparing a deep dish pan to cook everything in. Be sure to spray the pan with cooking spray before placing the ingredients in.

Step Two

Dump your blueberries into the bottom of your pan. Then dump in your sugar and cinnamon. Use a spatula to mix them all up and make sure all the blueberries are coated. Make sure to use fresh blueberries.

Step Three

Cover the blueberries with the dry cake mix. Make sure the whole top of the blueberries s covered. This will serve as the crumble part of the blueberry dump cake.

Step Four

Cover the cake mix and blueberries in your melted butter and then place it into the oven for about 30 minutes.

Step Five

Once the dump cake is done, scoop the cake out and put it on a plate. Finally, add some ice cream to the cake as well.
