Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F, then grease a medium-sized baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside. In a small mixing bowl, add the melted butter, brown sugar, sugar, and ground cinnamon, then whisk everything together until incorporated, and set it aside while you prepare the apples.
Step 2
Grab the apples making sure they are washed and cleaned, then slice off the top, and use a melon baller to scoop out the core. Now, get a paring knife, then make three circular cuts in the flesh of the apples, place it on the cutting board with its cut side down, and slice it all around as shown in the video.
Step 3
Do the same steps to the remaining apples, then place them in the prepared baking dish, and put 2 caramel squares in the center of each apple. Brush them with the butter mixture all over the top, then place them in the preheated oven, and bake them for about 30 minutes. Serve them while still warm, then top them with ice cream, and drizzle them with caramel sauce. Enjoy!
