This yummy treat is also not as complicated to make as you think and if you don’t have a popsicle mold, you can just DIY one using disposable plastic cups. What’s also great about this recipe is that the sticks are edible because what you’ll be using is celery which ensures that there is no waste and that everything can be eaten.

Step 1

Place a large pot on a stove over medium or medium-low heat, then add the tomatoes, granulated sugar, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper, and give them a good mix to combine. Bring it to a simmer, then cook it for about 25 to 30 minutes or until soupy, you can also use tomato juice instead.

Step 2

Pour the mixture on a mesh strainer over a bowl, then press the tomatoes firmly to get all of the juices, and set it aside to cool. In another large mixing bowl, pour in the cooled tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, Tabasco, and lime juice, then give them a good mix, and transfer the mixture to a measuring cup.

Step 3

Place a round slice of lime in each popsicle mold, then pour the tomato mixture into each mold evenly, and put a celery stick down each making sure they are centered. Place them in the freezer and let them freeze for about 6 hours or until completely frozen, then remove them from the mold, and garnish with salt flakes or Old Bay Seasoning to taste. Serve and enjoy!
