Place the sliced strawberries in a large pitcher, then add the raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, and then add the granulated sugar. Stir them all together until combined, then allow the berries to sit for about 30 minutes until the fruits have softened and released their juices. Now, pour the wine into the pitcher, then add the lemon slices, and give them a good stir to combine. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator, then allow it to chill for a few hours or up to overnight for best results, and serve. Enjoy!
