Nothing is better than a dessert that is not only super yummy but is also very easy to make! Just like this cheesecake version of the famous banana split dessert by Rada Cutlery on YouTube. Both kids and adults alike will surely find this too delicious to settle with just one bite or serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, about 14 pieces of whole crackers
  • 1/3 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 cup of sugar, divided
  • 3 (8 ounces) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup of mashed bananas
  • 1 cup of halved strawberries
  • 1 piece of banana, sliced and tossed with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 (8 ounces) can of chunked pineapple, drained or one fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 container of whipped topping

 

Directions:

Step 1

First, put the graham crackers in a Ziploc bag and crush it with the rolling pin, then place it in a mixing bowl. Add the melted butter and sugar, then mix them all together until well combined. Transfer this mixture into a baking pan pressing it gently at the bottom, then preheat your oven to 350°. In a stand mixer, add the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract, then beat them together while gradually adding the eggs. Continue mixing them and add the mashed banana.

Step 2

Once done blending, put the mixture in the baking pan and on top of the graham crackers. Place it in a preheated oven, then let it bake for about 30 minutes or until the center is almost set. Once the cheesecake is done baking, put it in a refrigerator, and let it cool for about 3 hours or up to overnight, you can put all the toppings all over the cake depending on your preference. Serve and enjoy!
