  • 3 medium (about 1½ cups) ripe bananas
  • ½ cup of peanut or almond butter
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F, then line a square baking pan with parchment paper, and set it aside for later. Cut the bananas into small pieces, then add them to a food processor or blender, and pulse them until smooth and thoroughly mashed.

Step 2

Add the peanut butter and cocoa powder, then mix them together until fully combined, and add in some chocolate chips if desired. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish, then spread it evenly, and place it in the preheated oven.

Step 3

Allow it to bake for about 18 to 25 minutes or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean, then let it cool for about 10 minutes, and then cut it into 9 squares evenly.
