How to cut through a cake evenly

Measure the height of the cake and mark where the half point is using a toothpick, and then proceed to do the same process all around the cake. Grab a long piece of dental floss, then wrap it around the cake, twist, and pull until you’ve squeezed out the floss from the cake. Enjoy a neatly cut cake with this hack!

How to cut parchment paper evenly for round pans

Fold the parchment paper in half, then fold it again half to make a square, and pivot so that the folded corner is at the top. Fold the side over toward the opposite side to create a triangle shape, then lay it at the center of the pan, and measure where it ends at the side of the pan. Cut off the excess paper, then open it up, and lay it at the bottom of the pan nicely.
