This baked salmon can be cooked as fast as 15 minutes and is perfect to serve for special occasions, romantic dinners, or your usual mealtime. The ingredients that you’ll need might already be available in your kitchen, too, and if not, then don’t worry because you can easily find them in the nearest store. Firecracker Salmon Marinade:
Step 1
In a small bowl, add the minced garlic, minced ginger, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, crushed red pepper flakes, Sriracha sauce, and ground black pepper, then whisk everything until well combined.

Step 2
Place the salmon in a large baking dish with its skin side down, then pour the marinade over the fish, and rub it until well coated up to the sides. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap, then place it in the fridge to chill and marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Step 3
Once the fish is almost done marinating, preheat your oven to 375°F or 190°C, then place the baking dish in the oven making sure to remove the plastic first, and allow it to bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked to preference. Garnish with freshly chopped green onions and serve immediately. Enjoy!
