I love any chicken dish and it’s my favorite meat because it’s high in protein and there are a lot of recipes that you can try with it. One of my go-to recipes is this baked honey garlic chicken by Kitchen Sanctuary on YouTube because it’s super tasty and easy to make.

Crispy Chicken:
Honey Garlic Sauce
For Serving
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F, then prepare the chicken thigh fillets, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and paprika, then give them a good mix until uniform, and then add in the chicken.
Step 2
Toss the chicken with the flour mixture until evenly coated, then drizzle some oil, and keep mixing nicely covered. Place them on a large baking sheet, then spread them in a single layer, and space them at least 1 inch apart.
Step 3
Place them in the preheated oven and let them bake for about 15 minutes, then while waiting prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and cornstarch until uniform, then pour in the stock followed by the butter, garlic, and honey, and continue mixing until incorporated.
Step 4
Once the chicken is done cooking, pour the prepared sauce over them, then put them back in the oven to bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling. Give the chicken a good toss to evenly coat with the sauce, then serve, and enjoy!
