There’s no word enough to describe just how good Baileys tastes and how amazing it is that you can use it in different recipes. This is a must at every party or party recipe, and one of my favorite ways to use Baileys is in a delicious dessert like this one by Nyana’s Delight on YouTube.

This chocolate parfait is unlike any other parfait you’ve tasted because the whipped cream in this version has a yummy twist, which is the flavor of Baileys. This is a dessert that I’m sure the adults will have fun eating and they might even keep coming back to the table for more glasses of this parfait.

Ingredients for Baileys Chocolate Parfait:
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- Hot milk, as needed
- ¼ cup of powdered sugar
- ¼ cup of Baileys
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 pack of Oreos, or other cookies of your choice
- Extra toppings, optional
- Strawberries, optional
How to Make Baileys Chocolate Parfait:
Step 1
If you’re using chocolate bars, chop them first, then add them to a bowl, and pour in enough hot milk to melt the chocolate. Stir the chocolate around until completely melted, and then set it aside. In a separate bowl, pour in the heavy cream, then beat it for a few minutes until foamy, and add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Baileys while beating continuously.
Step 2
Keep whipping until stiff peaks form. Then, divide the whipped cream evenly into two bowls and add the melted chocolate to one of the bowls. Fold and mix until incorporated and set aside. Crush the Oreos until crumbs, and start layering your parfait in a serving glass however you want. You can top it with strawberries or any other toppings that you want, then serve and enjoy!
