Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F, then line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, and set it aside for later. Slice the bacon strips in half, then lay them out on a flat work surface, and generously brush each slice with maple syrup. Place a rinsed and washed piece of brussels sprout in the center of sliced bacon, then fold each side over to wrap the sprout, and use a toothpick to hold them in place.

Once you’re done wrapping all pieces of sprouts, transfer them to the prepared baking sheet, then put them inside the preheated oven, and let them bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until the bacon is nice and crispy and the sprouts are tender. After the bacon-wrapped brussels sprouts are done baking, let them rest for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a serving plate, then serve them with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
