Step 1
Preheat your oven to 3506F, then line 2 baking sheets with a silicone mat or parchment paper, and set it aside. Microwave the dinner rolls for about 2 to 4 minutes or until the dough is no longer frozen but not cooked, then transfer the dough balls to a lightly floured surface, and flip them around so that they are all lightly covered with flour. Flatten and stretch one piece of dough until about 3 to 4 inches, then place a 1½ tablespoon of mac and cheese in the center, and spread it out. Spread 1 tablespoon of bacon bits all over the mac and cheese, then place 1 cube of mozzarella and 1 cube of cheddar on top of the bacon, and pull up the edges until you have closed the dough. Seal the edges of the dough ball by pinching and crimping them together.

Step 2
Place the filled dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, line up 8 dough for each baking sheet, and make sure they are a few inches apart. Beat together the egg and water in a small mixing bowl, then gently brush them onto the dough balls, and bake them for about 16 to 20 minutes rotating the pan halfway through the cooking time until the top of each bread are golden brown. Once done baking, remove the mac and cheese bombs, then scoop up all of the cheese that escaped from each bread, and transfer them to a serving plate. Brush them with the reserved bacon dripping, then sprinkle with reserved bacon bits, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
