I love serving them at parties, gatherings, and cookouts, they’re so good that all of the guests keep coming back for seconds. • Avocado
• Cheddar cheese, shredded
• Bacon slices

How to Make Bacon Avocado Bombs:

Step 1

Preheat your broiler, then line a baking sheet with foil, and set it aside. Slice the avocado in half, then remove the pit, and peel off the skin carefully.

Step 2

Fill the center of each avocado half with cheese, then put them together, and wrap them with bacon slices securely. Repeat with other avocados, then place them on the prepared baking sheet, and make sure to space them evenly.

Step 3

Place them in the preheated broiler, then cook them for about 5 minutes or until nice and crispy, and then flip the avocado bombs to cook the other side for another 5 minutes. Cut them in half crosswise, then serve immediately, and enjoy!
