Ingredients:

  • 4 small avocados or 2 large (ripe and firm)
  • 1/2 cup rice flour or all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 to 1 cup melted butter (or margarine)
  • 1 cup (or more) bread crumbs

Directions:

Step 1

Cut the avocados in half and remove their seeds. Using a spoon, scoop the avocado out from its skin, then cut them into wedges. Next, mix salt and pepper to taste, then add the mixture to a 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour. Mix it. After this, coat the avocado wedges with the seasoned flour well, then dip them in melted butter (or margarine). Lastly, coat them well with breadcrumbs to give them more texture.

Step 2

Put the coated avocado wedges on a baking tray and place it in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F. Bake them for twenty minutes or until they turned golden in color. After twenty minutes, take them out of the oven and serve.
