Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease a 9x5x2-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside. Open the biscuit can, cut through each dough in half, and flatten them until double in size. Brush them with melted butter on top, then scoop 1 tablespoon of pie filling on them, and spread it evenly.

Step 2

Top them with 1 tablespoon of walnuts, then lightly sprinkle them with brown sugar, and carefully stack four rounds of biscuit dough nicely. Place the stack in the prepared loaf pan, then position it sideways as demonstrated in the video, and do the same steps with the other biscuit dough until you’ve filled the pan.

Step 3

Brush the remaining butter over the top, then place the pan in the preheated oven, and let the bread bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Tightly cover it with aluminum foil, then put it back in the oven to bake for an additional 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, once done baking, let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, prepare the icing in a mixing bowl, simply whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and combined, then remove the bread from the pan, and transfer it to a serving plate. Drizzle the icing over the bread, then serve, and enjoy!
