I have always wanted to try a unique but simple snack recipe that I can make easily and quickly, and luckily I found this Nachos version but so much better because instead of chips, it uses apple slices! It is so delicious and looks very interesting, the taste was also super addicting that I just can’t stop eating it. Learn how with this easy video tutorial by The Stay At Home Chef on YouTube.
Ingredients:
Apple Bourbon Caramel
- 1 cup salted butter
- 2¼ cups brown sugar
- 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 5 tbsp apple bourbon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
Apple Nachos
- 4 apples
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup white chocolate, melted
- ¼ cup toffee bits
- ¼ cut peanuts, finely chopped
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
Directions:
Step 1
Place a large saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then melt the butter, and add the sweetened condensed milk, corn syrup, and brown sugar. Give them a good whisk or mix until all of the ingredients are well combined and the mixture begins to simmer making sure to scrape the sides and bottom consistently.

Step 2
Once the sauce starts to simmer and it has reached a temperature of 200 to 205 degrees, remove the mixture from the heat, then add the vanilla, apple bourbon, and salt, and gently stir them together until well combined.
Step 3
Let the mixture cool down, then pour it into jars, and set them aside. Cut the apple into chip-shaped pieces as shown in the video, then spread them on a serving plate, and drizzle the caramel sauce all over them adding the toppings at the same time. Serve and enjoy!
