Step 1
The first thing that you need to do is to break or cut the assorted pastries into small bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl, then add the cinnamon powder, golden raisins, brown sugar, apricot preserves, and orange juice. Mix them all together with a spoon until the ingredients are well distributed and combined. Let the pastries soak and soften in the orange juice while you’re preparing the rest of the ingredients.

Step 2
Peel the pear and apple, then remove their core, and chop them into small bite-sized pieces. Add them to the bread and orange juice mixture, then mix them all together until well combined and evenly coated with the mixture. Pour this into a baking dish, then place it in a preheated oven at 400°F temperature, and let it bake for about 45 minutes. Serve it with some sour cream or crème Fraiche on top.
