Creamy Fudgsicle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of 50% dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • a couple of pinches of salt

Instructions:

Step 1

In a round pan over medium-low heat, add the evaporated milk, chocolate chips, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a few pinches of salt. Mix until it becomes a chocolate mixture. Let it cool for a while then stir to remove the formed chocolate on top.

Step 2

Pour into the molds and put the popsicle sticks. Let them cool for a bit then place them in the freezer for a few hours.

Vegan Fudgsicle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • coconut milk
  • 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • salt

Instructions:

Step 1

Melt the coconut milk in a round pan over medium low heat. Once melted, add cocoa powder, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until well combined. Let it cool for a while.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into the molds and add popsicle sticks.

 

Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudgsicle

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chip
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • pinches of salt
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter

Instructions:

Step 1

Place a small spot on medium-low heat, and add the evaporated milk, chocolate chips, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.  Mix until it becomes smooth, then mix in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.

Step 2

Allow it to cool, then add the remaining tablespoon of peanut butter. Break it a little bit. You want to have little peanut nuggets on your fudgsicle.

Step 3

Transfer to the mold and freeze for a few hours.
