For those who are conscious of what they eat or how much sugar they consume daily, whether you’re on a diet, a health enthusiast, or with a medical condition, we all know that it could become a struggle to say no to sweet and tasty treats. There are a lot of temptations almost everywhere that you sometimes can’t help but want to cheat until that one instance becomes more. But eating desserts doesn’t always have to be a difficult experience or choice to make, because there are a lot of sugar-free or non-sweet desserts that you can find online, just like this one by Low Carb Love on YouTube. You should try and make one today, you won’t regret it!

Ingredients:

  • 11 ounces Choczero sugar-free chocolate chips or any sugar-free chocolate chips of your choice
  • 6 pieces Eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Instant coffee (optional)

Toppings

  • Nuts
  • Sprinkles
  • Sugar-free Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, then prepare an 8 inches square pan and line it with parchment paper, lightly spray it with a cooking spray to avoid the brownies from sticking then set it aside. Get your chocolates (you can save some for the toppings later) and place them in a microwave-safe bowl, then melt them in a microwave at 30-second intervals while stirring often, until the chocolate has completely melted. Crack the eggs onto a mixing bowl, then beat them until it becomes frothy. You can use either a whisk, hand mixer, or stand mixer, just make sure to not overmix the eggs.

Step 2

Slowly whisk in the semi-cool melted chocolate (you can also add your coffee mixture if you want a little kick to your brownies), and mix them until incorporated or turns into a batter. You can add toppings if you like and use either nuts, sprinkles, some of your sugar-free chocolate chips, or whatever is available in your pantry. Bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 350° F for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the brownies are done. Trim the edges, cut into 12 pieces and enjoy!
