The food that should always be in your fridge and pantry is finally here! Apple pie is one of my favorite puff pastries ever but buying it from the café or bakeshop every time can sure cost me a lot too, so I thought why not make myself one, I have the tools, the will, and the appetite. All that’s missing is a great tutorial to go with it, luckily I found this tutorial by Ellen’s Kitchen from YouTube. This is a very easy and simple 2 step recipe that you can learn in no time. Also, you can try to serve this at your dinner this holiday too, surely your family and friends will be impressed.

Step 2

Get a pie pan and pour the crumbled dough mixture into it. Flatten the surface by using the bottom of a glass and pressing on it, pour the apple filling then spread evenly. Add and sprinkle more crumbled dough mixture on top until everything is thoroughly covered. Bake in a preheated 180° oven for around 30-35 minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Food for me is an art form, so I get my kicks from playing around with flavors and ingredients. And, if you can't find me in the kitchen, I'm probably lurking in a cozy café, sipping on some coffee while indulging in my favorite burnt Basque cheesecake with either a book or phone in hand, of course.
