Pull the bread into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of milk to the bread. Let them soak. Next, add an egg and mix.
Add the parsley, Worcestershire sauce, creole seasoning, finely diced onion, red bell pepper, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and salt into the bowl. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Add the ground beef and mix with the ingredients using your hands.
Grease a baking tray with oil and transfer the beef. Form it into a loaf using your hands. Set aside.
In a bowl, add brown sugar, dijon mustard, paprika, ketchup, tomato sauce, and granulated onion. Mix them all together.
Pour some of the sauce on top of the meatloaf and spread evenly. Place inside the oven and bake for about 50 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Once done baking, remove from the oven and smear the rest of the sauce on top. Bake for 15 minutes more. After 15 minutes, remove from the oven and transfer to a plate, garnish with parsley. Slice then serve. Enjoy!
