Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your 13 by 9 inch cake pan with butter.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, 1 tablespoon of Mexican vanilla, and all the other ingredients needed. Whisk until well combined, then pour into the greased cake pan.
Place the cake pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. To check if it’s fully cooked, poke the center with a stick or the tines of the fork. Once done baking, let it cool down for about 45 minutes to an hour.
In a different bowl, add 2 cups of half-and-half, 14 0z of condensed milk, and 12 oz of evaporated milk. Whisk everything until well combined, then set aside.
Take the top off the cake using a knife and make it flat. Poke holes using the tines of a fork all over the cake. This will allow the milk to go down.
Pour the milk mixture into the cake. Cover the pan with foil and place in the refrigerator for 3 to 12 hours. The longer the better.
Make the whipped cream. Add the whipping cream to a mixer or a bowl, followed by 3 tablespoons of sugar and Mexican vanilla. Mix or whisk until fluffy.
Spread the whipped cream on top of the cake. Sprinkle ground cinnamon, then add your favorite fruit slices for the topping.
Slice and serve enjoy!
