Cut your Porkchop into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon of cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper flakes. Mix until all seasonings are well combined.
Drizzle some olive oil on your pork chops and rub it in using your hands. This will help the seasonings to stick better. Generously sprinkle the mixed seasonings over the pork chop and toss well until everything is coated.
Drizzle some olive in a skillet. Once hot, add the seasoned pork chops and cook for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Make sure not to overcook them. Usually, if you overcook them, they will not become juicy. Once done, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
Discard the oil from the pan and add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant then add a little bit of lemon juice. Add the soy sauce and water. Mix until well combined.
Add the pork chops back to the pan and garnish with parsley. Mix until everything is coated with the sauce. Serve and enjoy while hot.
