You can use ordinary toothpaste for a cheaper method, simply put it on the lens, scrub and rinse. Just be sure not to use gel toothpaste.
Remove bumper stickers
To remove those stickers without doing any damage, spray wd-40 onto the bumper sticker and let it sit for a little while. The sticker will absorb it, then it will easily peel off.

Clean your air vents
Small foam brushes could fit easily to your air vents and clean them much better. Simply brush the inside then vacuum the excess dust to make sure the vents are completely clear.
Dust your dashboard
