Omelet is one of my favorite go-to dishes for breakfast because it’s super simple and quick to make, and you can mix in anything that you want such as leftover ham, chicken, or bacon. But, did you know that there is an easier way to make this? This recipe by Cookist Wow on YouTube is so delicious and hearty, and you only need 6 simple ingredients most of which you may already have in your kitchen.

This omelet version incorporates potatoes into the ingredients and if you want to take this to the next level, then fill or top it with lots of cheese. I’m sure you’ll love this recipe and would even want this every day for breakfast, so learn how now by watching the video tutorial below.
Step 1
Peel off the skin of the potatoes, then cut them into small slices, and add the salt and olive oil.
Step 2
Give them a good mix, then place them in the air fryer basket, and cook them at 356°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes while mixing occasionally.
Step 3
In a bowl, add the chopped onion and olive oil, then mix well, and add them to the air fryer basket.
Step 4
Mix the potatoes and onions, then cook them for about 10 minutes, and remove them from the air fryer basket.
Step 5
In a bowl, add the eggs, salt, and pepper, then mix everything until combined, and pour the mixture into the potato mixture.
Step 6
Grease a round pan with oil, then pour the potato and egg mixture, and bake them in the air fryer at 284°F (140°C) for about 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
