Ingredients:

  • Pork chops
  • 3 tbsp buttermilk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Spray cooking oil
  • Seasoning salt or favorite seasoning, to taste

Directions:

Step 1

After cleaning and washing the pork chops well, pat them dry with paper towels, then start rubbing your favorite seasoning salt and some pepper on both sides of each pork chop, and set them aside. Prepare two deep plates or a wide bowl, then pour buttermilk on one and the other with flour seasoned with favorite seasoning salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Dip each pork chop in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture until completely covered, and shake off the excess. Place the dredged pork chops in the air fryer basket, then lightly spray the top with cooking oil, and close the air fryer. Let them cook for about 15 minutes at 390°F, then flip it over, spray the top lightly, and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!
