Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • toppings of your choice
  • tomato sauce

Directions:

Step 1

To start, add 1/2 tsp salt to a bowl with 3/4 cup all-purpose flour and mix. Next, add 1/2 tsp yeast to a quarter cup of lukewarm water, mix it, then pour it into the flour. Mix it until dough forms. After this, transfer the dough to an oiled working surface and knead it for five minutes. Next, form it into a ball and put it in a greased bowl. Cover it with cling wrap and let it double its size for an hour and a half.

Step 2

Once the dough doubles its size, transfer it to a piece of parchment paper and spread and shape it into a pizza. (Do not use a rolling pin, just your hands.) Next, spread two to three tablespoons of pizza sauce over the entire surface of the pizza, then sprinkle some grated cheese. (Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F at this point.) Now, add the toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, black olives, etc.) Once you’re done, place the pizza in the air fryer basket and cook it for five minutes.
