  • eggs
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • onion powder
  • chopped tomatoes

Directions:

Step 1

Line the basket of your air fryer with a piece of parchment paper, then grease it with some olive oil. Next, crack the eggs and transfer them into the air fryer basket. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and onion powder to taste. After this, add the chopped tomatoes, spinach, and grated cheese.

Step 2
