I enjoy cooking and baking as much as eating the food that I’ve prepared, but what I love doing the most is discovering recipes that you can make in an air fryer! What I love about them is how convenient they are to make and they are also a great option for those who don’t have an oven or grill.

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the coconut oil and dark chocolate chips, then heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, and stir them in between each interval until smooth and melted.

Step 2

Add in the egg, then give them a good whisk until incorporated, add the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and Greek yogurt, and continue to whisk until combined.

Step 3

Lightly grease a small ramekin or oven-safe bowl with nonstick cooking spray, then pour in the batter evenly, and place it in the air fryer basket.

Step 4

Preheat your air fryer to 330°F, for around 3 to 5 minutes, then let the cake air fry for about 7 to 10 minutes or until the edges and top are set but the center is slightly jiggly.

Step 5

Remove the ramekin from the air fryer, then let the cake cool for about 3 to 5 minutes, then run a knife around the edges to loosen the cake, and invert it to a plate. Serve warm and enjoy!
