Ingredients:

  • 1 large zucchini, sliced into 1/8-inch thick slices
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning blend or spices of choice

Directions:

Step 1

Using a sharp kitchen knife or mandoline slicer, cut the zucchini into 1/8 thick slices. Lay a paper towel or clean kitchen towel on a plate or flat surface, then place the sliced zucchinis in an even layer, sprinkle it with salt, then place another towel on top. Leave it on for about 10 minutes to make sure that all the excess moisture is absorbed.

Air fry them at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 minutes before flipping them over to their other side with kitchen tongs. Cook them for an additional 7 to 8 minutes or until they become golden brown and crispy. Season the zucchini chips after frying as well.
