Since as young as I can remember, fried Oreos have been my favorite fair food. I couldn’t leave a carnival or vacation to the mountains without getting some, so naturally, I was so excited to learn they could be made in my Air Fryer. I jumped at the opportunity to try this Air Fried Oreos recipe by Nicko’s Kitchen. This fried Oreo recipe is light and fluffy with no added sugars. so the only sugar in the recipe is in the Oreos. It’s a great quick and simple sweet snack that can be made for any occasion. You can also try this recipe with other types of cookies.
Make up your batter. Put 1 cup of self-rising flour, 1 cup of greek yogurt and a teaspoon of milk into a bowl and mix it together. You will want to mix it until you get a thick dough-like consistency. It shouldn’t be runny at all.

Use the dough to cover the Oreos. Keep your hands wet while doing this so the dough doesn’t stick as bad. If you want to try this recipe with a different cookie you can. If the cookie has a chocolate coating on the outside, be sure to freeze it before doing this step.

Put the Oreos into the air fryer basket. Set them on top of some parchment paper and cook for 5 minutes, then flip them over and cook for 3 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Finally, dust the fried Oreos with some powdered sugar and serve them. You could even drizzle on some chocolate.
