Who doesn’t love a good slice of cake? They are the most delicious dessert on the planet, and I love pairing them with my favorite cold coffee drink while hanging out with my friends. But these days, I prefer hanging out at my home rather than chilling in a coffee shop, so my daily cake flow has stopped. While browsing Youtube last week, I found this super easy yogurt cake recipe from futuzu cooking, and boy, I immediately tried it! It’s super easy to make – perfect for me, who doesn’t have any baking skills, and it tastes fabulous! What’s more, you only need three ingredients for this fantastic recipe! I make this every week, and I’ll never get tired of it. I even serve this with my visiting friends and receive compliments. My family also absolutely loves this yogurt cake recipe. Learn how to make this by watching the video below. All thanks to futuzu cooking for this wonderful recipe! Make sure to check her out on Youtube.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups + 1 tbsp sweetened yogurt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup of cornstarch

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Next, add 1 1/2 cups + 1 tbsp sweetened yogurt in a large bowl and whisk it. Once the yogurt is set, add the eggs one at a time and continue to whisk until well combined. After this, sift 1/3 cup of cornstarch and mix until the cornstarch is no longer visible.

Step 2

Line your cake mold with parchment paper including the walls. Then, pour the cake batter onto it and spread it evenly. After this, place the cake in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake it for 40 to 50 minutes. After baking, put it in the fridge for one to two hours. Serve and enjoy!
