Here’s a 10-minute easy egg sandwich recipe by N’Oven Cake & Cookies to fill you up in the morning. It has savory and refreshing flavors with a hint of spiciness that you’ll surely enjoy. Adding herbs, onion, and a little bit of green chili to eggs really does make a big difference! This is perfect for snacks in the afternoon or any time of the day when you feel hungry. In a small bowl, add 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of green chili, 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves, and salt to taste. Beat until well combined using a fork or whisk.
Add 1 teaspoon of butter to a pan and let it melt. Put 2 bread slices and toast. Once browned, flip to the other side and continue toasting. Repeat for the other 2 slices.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the same pan, then pour the egg mixture. Tilt the pan to spread it evenly. While it’s still uncooked on top, add 2 toasted bread. Fry for a little bit, then flip.
Fold the sides of the egg towards the top, then top the slices with the remaining toast. Flip them to the other side then divide the egg using the spatula.
Remove from the pan, slice them in half diagonally, then serve. Enjoy while warm!
