You can either use baby back ribs or pork loin ribs. Both will come out amazing. This is the perfect dish for busy days as it’s super easy to prepare.

Using a paper towel, pat dry the rack of ribs, then rub on your dry ingredients on all sides. Set aside.
Add 6 cups of apple juice, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar vinegar, and 1/3 cup of BBQ sauce in the instant pot. Stir to combine.
Place the seasoned rack of ribs inside the instant pot, wrapping it around the bowl. Make sure that the bone side is facing the center of the pot.
Cover your Instant Pot and cook it on high pressure for about 25 minutes. Be sure that the steam vent is set to the sealing position. Allow a 10-minute natural pressure release and use oven mitts to turn to the venting position. Wait until the pressure gauge has dropped.
Using two tongs, remove the ribs and let any excess liquid drip off. Transfer onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with a wire rack.
Brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the ribs. Transfer to the oven and broil for 4 to 5 minutes on high heat. Alternatively, you can place it on a preheated barbecue grill for 5 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the oven and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes or just until they are no longer too hot to handle.
