Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, 1 tbsp of oil, egg, and milk, then mix them all together until well combined, add some water as the mixture requires, and knead until smooth. Cover the bowl, then let it rest for about 1 to 2 hours, and prepare the marinated chicken. In a separate mixing bowl, add the chicken, yogurt, garlic and ginger paste, salt, red chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder, dry coriander, red chili flakes, and lemon juice, give them a good mix, then cover, and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. Place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat up about 1 tbsp of oil, and add the marinated chicken. Give the chicken a good stir, then cover it, and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the sauce is gone.

Degas the dough and transfer it to a floured surface, then lightly knead to smoother it out before cutting it in half, and cut each half into three. Roll each piece of dough into a ball, then flatten the dough, and transfer it to a pizza plate. Press and form the crust of the pizza, then prick holes around it using a fork, repeat this process with the rest of the dough balls. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese slices all over the crust, top them with another dough, then press and roll their sides together. Spread some pizza sauce on top, then add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, boiled corn, chopped capsicum, green olives, black olives, shredded mozzarella cheese, red chili powder, more olives, oregano, and red chili flakes. You can add the toppings according to taste and you can also skip the spicy seasonings if you want. Put the pizza inside a preheated oven and let it bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C.
