Paint the wooden crate on the outside and the inside with any color you want. Let it dry completely. Mix the metallic and satin paint, then paint the lollipop stick. This will be the handle of your cart.
Cut the round styrofoam to the exact size of the bottom of the crate. Then place it inside the crate.
Cut a small piece of the lollipop sticks for the horizontal handle then bend one end of the long piece. Then cut the florals into small pieces using a wire cutter of different lengths.
Poke the flowers into the styrofoam. Place the small pieces first around the crate. Then add the bigger ones. Make sure you don’t put the same colors on the same part.
Cut the ribbon with the exact measurement as the long sides of the crate, then glue it on the bottom part on both of the long sides. Next, spray paint the plastic caps and let them dry. Once dry, attach it to the crate using a glue gun. After that, attach the end part of the lollipop stick to the bottom of the crate and glue the small piece horizontally to the other end. Tie jute twine around the handle to reinforce it.
