Cut the top cover of the cardboard box. Trace the bottom of the cardboard box on the cover then cut. Make sure it can fit on the inside.
Cover the sides with paper tape. Wrap the fabric into your box to measure the size. Make sure it has an allowance then cut the fabric. Glue the edge of the fabric on the outer top part of the box. Be extra careful when using hot glue as it is hot. Once done, flip it over and fold the corners in a triangle shape. Glue it on the bottom of the cardboard. Next, cover the bottom cardboard piece with the same fabric. Once done, glue it to the bottom of the box.
Trace the bottom of the box on the fabric then cut with a 1.5-inch allowance on all sides. Use hot glue to secure it in place.
Cut 6 very long threads of jute thread of the same size. Hold them all on the ends then make a knot. Group them into 3 with 2 strands each and braid them. Once you are done, wrap it around the sides of the box until you reach the top edge of the fabric. Use hot glue to secure them. Then add the lace around the top edge.
Cut the circles from the plastic bottle holders then cover them with jute thread. Glue to the sides of the box.
