If you don’t like sewing but are feeling a little crafty today, try making this no-sew DIY bag from Ire Heart Crafting on Youtube. This DIY project is by far my favorite one out of all the things I’ve made. Why? Because it’s a recycling project! For this DIY, you will need a plastic juice bottle (the big ones), old leggings, felt paper, and basic crafting materials. It’s super easy to make, and you don’t need to be an expert in crafting to make this. This is definitely a good weekend DIY project you can make with friends or family. Watch the video tutorial below to learn the step-by-step instructions.
Remove the label of the plastic bottle and cut out the upper part (you only need the square part from the middle down to the bottom). Next, cut the leg part of your old leggings, insert the plastic bottle inside, and cut the excess part of the leggings. Secure the leggings by hot gluing it to the plastic bottle. Now, cut your felt fabric to 1″ x 28″ (two pieces of this), then glue both ends together. After this, attach it to the bag by hot gluing it. (This will serve as the strap of the bag.)

Next, cut a 4″ x 8″ felt paper, fold it in half, and cut corners into rounded edges. Attach the flower embellishment by hot gluing it to the lower part of the felt paper. Lastly, complete the bag by attaching the felt paper by hot gluing it on the back (this will be the cover of the bag), then attach a piece of velcro in the front so you will be able to lock the it. Your DIY no-sew bag is now complete.
