She Makes A Beautiful Nativity Candle…The Reason For The Season!

Rather than go out shopping for an expensive nativity scene, this is a lovely inexpensive nativity candle to represent the reason for the season. This is a beautiful keepsake or gift. A Mason Jar candle with the Nativity scene will provide a serene addition to any room this Christmas season.

This is really an easy and cheap DIY project, yet so meaningful. All it takes is a Mason jar, spray paint, permanent marker, tape, and a black and white picture. Just tape the picture inside the Mason jar and trace it onto the front of the jar and color in with your permanent marker. Then put a candle inside the jar and light it.  That’s all there is to it!

This is a fun project to do with your family during Christmas break. Making this nativity scene together is a wonderful way to discuss the meaning of Christmas with your children. In fact, I made one of these with my grandchildren today.
