DIY Coasters from Wood Slices

What you need:

• Aspen wood
• Saw
• Oil

Here’s How:

Step 1

Cut 3/8 inch pieces of round thin cuts from the aspen wood the size of a  coaster.

Step 2

Let it dry under the sun for a few days.

Step 3

Rub a thin layer of oil on both sides to prevent the coaster from sucking up too much water when being used and to prolong it’s durability.

And your Aspen Wood Coasters are ready to use!
