Fold the mesh cloth and measure 16.5 in by 5.11 in from the mesh cloth. Measure 2.7 inches from one end of the folded side. Place half of the bottle or cup from that mark to create a half circle then trace. Secure with pins then cut the half circle.
Open and place the bias using pins on the round opening. Leave 0.8 inches allowance. Fold one end 0.2 inches and the other end goes to the top. Sew the bias in place. Once done, fold the bias and sew again.
In the middle of a bias, place the top of the mesh. Fold it then secure it with pins. Sew the edge.
Fold the mesh in half and place the side of the mesh in half the bias. Fold the bias in half, and secure it with pins. Extend the bias 4.3 inches more and fold it in half. Sew the edge. Fold the sewn excess bias in half then sew for the handle.
Lastly, fold the mesh in half with the circle flat on the other side. Place the bottom to the middle of the bias, Fold 0.4 inches of the bias at both ends of the mesh then fold it in half. Secure it with pins then sew the edge.
