Ingredients:
Penguin edible Christmas decoration
Marshmallow Cups
Marshmallow reindeer
Directions:
Edible Christmas decorations:
One marshmallow should be skewed. Dip one side of the marshmallow and half of the other side in melted chocolate. Pour the white melted chocolate into a piping bag and pipe thirty-six dots. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into another piping bag. Over the white chocolate dots, pipe tiny, melted chocolate dots. Cut M&Ms in halves. Stick the half M&M in the center of the half chocolate-covered marshmallow and two white chocolate dots on either side of the M&M.
Marshmallow Cup:
Poke the top center of the marshmallow with a piping nozzle. Brush on a circle with edible gold paint on the biscuit. Cut off the candy cane hook and stick it together with the marshmallow. The candy cane will serve as the handle of the cup. On the biscuit center, pipe on chocolate frosting and stick on the marshmallow cup. Stick on a Christmas frosting decoration using piped chocolate frosting on the cup and as designs on top of the biscuit. Lastly, pipe in chocolate frosting on top of the poked hole of the marshmallow, sprinkle in frosted decoration, and spray on the edible gold spray.
Repeat the process and get creative!
A Marshmallow Reindeer:
Pour in the melted chocolate into a piping bag. On a baking sheet, pipe out the reindeer’s horns. Spray on edible gold and let it chill. Skew in a marshmallow and dip it in melted chocolate. Place it on top of the reindeer’s chocolate horns. Add an edible heart sprinkle for the reindeer’s nose and edible eyes on each side of the marshmallow.
Let it chill overnight.
