Whether it’s wintertime or summertime, cracked heels or skin is a common problem for some people. This interesting hack by Mr. Maker on YouTube demonstrates how to use Colgate toothpaste and tomato on cracked skin. I know that tomatoes are good for your skin so it’s interesting to see this combination of ingredients to add to your skin that might be cracked. Tomatoes can moisturize and nourish your skin because they contain antioxidants and Vitamin C. I hate having cracked skin and heels so this is a great hack to try out at home with only 2 ingredients.

Materials:

  • tomato
  • Colgate white toothpaste

Directions:

First, start off by cutting the tomato in half and taking a spoon to carve out only half of a tomato. The seeds and juice should be important to add to a plate. Then, take the toothpaste and add it to the plate of tomato seeds and juice. Mix everything together and take a little of the tomato juice from the other half to the mix. Overall, I find this home remedy to be inexpensive, and I am willing to try this out because I have these ingredients at my home. Also, I can see this home remedy working because the ingredients make sense. However, I want to experiment with this home remedy for myself. Plus, it’s a 30 minute home remedy and I’m sure you leave it on for a few heels before washing it off and scrubbing.
